Returns

To the buyer, is entitled pursuant to Art. 27 of the Consumer Law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Art. 33, art. 34 Consumer Law.

The deadline for withdrawing from a distance contract is 14 days from the receipt of the shipment by the buyer, and to meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

The Buyer is obliged to return the item to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, and the product must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

Return of goods as part of withdrawal from the contract is possible if:

• the goods have not been used or damaged in any way.
• returned goods must be complete (they cannot be without hangers or tags).
• Rings are not subject to returns because they are made to the customer's individual order. However, it can be exchanged for a larger/smaller size.

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the buyer returns the goods at his own expense and the seller returns the total cost of the purchased goods.

The SELLER will immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract submitted by the Buyer, refund to the Buyer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivering the goods, and if the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller , the Seller will not reimburse the Buyer for additional costs in accordance with Article 33 of the Consumer Law.

The SELLER refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different payment method that does not involve any costs for him.

The SELLER may withhold the refund of the payment received from the Buyer until he receives the item back or until the Buyer provides proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.

If there is a need to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.
