Orders

1. Orders can be placed via the STORE website or by e-mail to the following address: marlena.kubis@gmail.com

2. The online store sells products via the Internet.

3. The execution of an order placed on weekdays begins no later than on the next working day.

4. Placing an order in the online store is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.

5. Information on products in the online store www.moodjewels.store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract. By completing the order form, the Customer makes an offer to buy a specific product.

6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order, limit the method of payment or request prepayment.

7. The photos and other forms of visualization and presentation of jewelery presented on the store's website do not reflect its actual size - they are for information purposes only.

8. All goods offered by the STORE are brand new, free from legal and physical defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.

9. Making changes to the order is possible until the STORE receives payment for the order.

10. Cancellation of the order is possible until it is sent to the Buyer.
