The return of the goods is possible within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 "on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product". A customer who is a natural person, making a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity, may return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Return of goods under withdrawal from the contract is possible if:

the goods have not been used or damaged in any way.

returned goods must be complete (cannot be without tags, tags).

Rings are not returnable, because they are made to individual customer's order.

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the buyer returns the goods at his own expense, and the seller returns the total cost of the purchased goods.

The refund to the buyer's account (indicated when returning the goods) is transferred within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by us.
